Anwendungsbeschreibung

• Anwendungsbeschreibung: DAO catalyzed resin amine to produce aldehyde and hydrogen peroxide, and add excessive horseradish peroxidase exogenous to catalyze hydrogen peroxide to oxidize o-anisamine to produce colored substances which has a characteristic absorption peak at 460 nm. DAO activity is calculated by measuring the absorbance increase rate of this wavelength. It can test samples of tissue, cells, bacteria, plants and serum (plasma).
