The principle is that sodium fluorescein as fluorescent probe, Fenton reaction produces hydroxyl radical, according to the damage of hydroxyl radical to fluorescent probe, the fluorescence intensity changes, the change of fluorescence intensity reflects the degree of free radical damage.
