Produktbeschreibung

The bifunctional linker DBCO-C6-NHS ester contains a DBCO and a NHS ester moiety which allows to crosslink azide containing compounds with compounds bearing primary amines without the need of a catalyst. The C6 spacer arms enables solubility of the linker in commonly used organic solvents as DCM, THF, ethyl acetate and many more. The product is not recommended for reactions which has to be performed in aqueous solution due to its poor water solubility. For this purpose the usage of DBCO-PEG4-NHS ester (BCL-038) is recommended.
