Goat anti-mouse IgM (µ chain) labeled with CF770 dye. CF dyes are Biotiums line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Near-infrared fluorescent CF770 dye has excitation/emission at 770/797 nm. The conjugate is prepared from antibodies purified by mouse IgM-affinity chromatography. The antibodies react specifically with IgM heavy chains (µ chains) and not with immunoglobulin light chains.
