CellBrite Fix 555 is a red fluorescent reactive dye that covalently labels the surface of live cells. Unlike other membrane dyes, surface staining is well-retained after permeabilization or methanol fixation, for subsequent immunostaining. Ex/Em 542/571 nm. Each vial makes 20 uL of 1000X dye.
