NucSpot Live 488 Live Cell Nuclear Stain is a green fluorescent (Ex/Em 500/515 nm) DNA dye that stains nuclei in live or fixed cells. It has excellent specificity for DNA without the need for a wash step, with low toxicity for live cell imaging. Supplied as a 1000X stock solution in DMSO.
