Tumor Necrosis Factor-Alpha (TNF-Alpha) also known as Cachectin and TNFSF1A, plays a major role in growth regulation, differentiation, inflammation, viral replication, tumorigenesis, and autoimmune diseases, and in viral, bacterial, fungal, and parasitic infections.
