Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids N-terminus of Human CLK2.
Konjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Synonym:
Dual specificity protein kinase CLK2, CDC-like kinase 2, CLK2
CLK2 (CDC-like kinase 2) is a 499 amino acid nuclear protein that contains one protein kinase domain and belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. Using ATP, CLK2 phosphorylates serine- and arginine-rich (SR) components of the spliceosomal complex, possibly playing a role in the control of RNA splicing. CLK2 exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms, designated short and long, and is encoded by a gene which maps to human chromosome 1.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Formulierung:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Application Verdünnung:
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:200
Anwendungsbeschreibung:
CLK2 (R15) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of CLK2 protein.
