Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 171-220 of Human VEGF-D.
Konjugation:
Unconjugated
Alternative Synonym:
FIGF, VEGFD, Vascular endothelial growth factor D
Several forms of VEGF have been identified, including VEGF, VEGF-B, VEGF-C and VEGF-D (also designated FIGF). Characteristic of VEGF proteins, the central region of VEGF-D contains eight cysteine residues. These residues are essential for homodimerization. VEGFD may play a role in tumor progression, as it is induced by c-Fos, which is required for conversion of early stage tumors to malignant tumors. It has been observed that overexpression of VEGF-D induces morphological changes in fibroblasts.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Formulierung:
Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Application Verdünnung:
IHC:1:50~1:200
Anwendungsbeschreibung:
VEGF-D (I202) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of VEGF-D protein.
