Positive regulator of neurite outgrowth by stabilizing myosin regulatory light chain (MRLC. It prevents MIR-mediated MRLC ubiquitination and its subsequent proteasomal degradation.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
