C57Bl/6 splenocytes were stimulated with Cell Stimulation Cocktail (w/o protein transport inhibitors) (500X) (orb1214901) supplemented with Brefeldin A Solution and then stained with APC Anti-Mouse CD3e, followed by intracellular staining with PE Anti-Mouse IL-2 (right panel) or PE Rat IgG2b (left panel).
