Avian Influenza H5N1 Hemagglutinin (IN3) Antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids in the middle of the Avian Influenza Hemagglutinin 1 protein.Efforts were made to use relatively conserved regions of the viral sequence as the antigen.The immunogen is located within amino acids 320 - 370 of Avian Influenza H5N1 Hemagglutinin (IN3) Antibody.

Western Blot Validation with H5N1 HA Protein. Loading: 30 ng H5N1 Hemagglutinin recombinant protein (Cat. No. orb1228225). Antibodies: Avian Influenza H5N1 HA antibody, orb1238487, 4 µg/mL, 1 h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Rabbit anti-goat IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution.
