Avian Influenza H5N1 Hemagglutinin (IN2) Antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to 10 amino acids near the center of the Hemagglutinin protein.Efforts were made to use relatively conserved regions of the viral sequence as the antigen.The immunogen is located within amino acids 260 - 310 of Avian Influenza H5N1 Hemagglutinin (IN2) Antibody.
Avian Influenza Hemagglutinin 4 Antibody is supplied in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.

Western Blot Validation with H5N1 HA Protein. Loading: 30 ng H5N1 Hemagglutinin recombinant protein (Cat. No. orb1228225). Antibodies: Avian Influenza H5N1 HA antibody, orb1240162, 1 h incubation at RT in 5% NFDM/TBST. Secondary: Rabbit anti-goat IgG HRP conjugate at 1:10000 dilution. Lane 1: 0.5 µg/mL, Lane 2: 1 µg/mL.
ELISA Validation with H5N1 HA Protein. Coating Antigen: H5N1 Hemagglutinin recombinant protein (Cat. No. orb1228225), 2 µg/mL, incubated at 4C overnight. Detection Antibodies: Avian Influenza H5N1 HA antibody, orb1240162, dilution: 0.3-1000 ng/mL, incubated at RT for 1 hr. Secondary Antibodies: Rabbi anti-goat HRP at 1:10000, incubated at RT for 1 hr.
