Recombinant influenza proteins were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Influenza A, Nucleoprotein-UNLB (Cat. No. orb1250841). Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-HRP and with chemiluminescent detection.
MDCK cells infected with the influenza A (H1N1) virus were stained with Mouse Anti-Influenza A, Nucleoprotein-UNLB (Cat. No. orb1250841) followed by a secondary antibody and DAPI.
