Lane 1: rat ovary lysates, Lane 2: SH-SY5Y cell lysates, Lane 3: HepG2 cell lysates, Lane 4: A431 cell lysates probed with ACE2 antibody, orb1274174, at 1:1000 dilution and 4 °C overnight incubation.
