DMNB (6-Nitroveratraldehyde) is a small molecule inhibitor of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK), a key enzyme in the non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ) DNA repair pathway, with an IC50 of 15 µM. It is used in research to study DSB repair mechanisms and to sensitize cells to DNA-damaging agents in both in vitro and in vivo models.
