Produktbeschreibung

Quazinone is a selective PDE3 inhibitor exhibiting positive inotropic and vasodilatory effects. It relaxes human cavernosal smooth muscle in vitro and enhances cardiac contractility while lowering blood pressure in canine models. Furthermore, it concentration-dependently inhibits PDGF-BB-induced DNA synthesis in vascular smooth muscle cells.
