Radicicol (Monorden) is a natural Hsp90 inhibitor that binds its ATPase domain, inducing client protein degradation via the proteasome. It is widely used in cancer research to study tumor cell proliferation in vitro and has demonstrated anti-malarial and anti-inflammatory activity in research models by modulating p38 kinase and NF-kappaB signaling pathways.
