Serial diluted anti-CXCR3 monoclonal antibody (orb1291140) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CXCR3 monoclonal antibody binding with CXCR3-Nanodisc is 15.79 ng/ml.
