Mito-SilylDCA is a mitochondria-targeted small molecule inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 1 (PDK1). It combines a TPP targeting moiety, DCA inhibitory groups, and a silyl linker, enabling research into metabolic reprogramming in cancer and other diseases in both cellular and animal models.
