ONX-0914 TFA is an irreversible, selective inhibitor of the immunoproteasome subunit LMP7. It suppresses cytokine production, ameliorates experimental arthritis in vivo, and has been shown in vitro to reactivate latent HIV-1 via HSF-1-mediated p-TEFb activation.
