Euphjatrophane M (Compound 6) is a small molecule FOXO1 inhibitor with demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity. In vitro studies using LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages show it suppresses pro-inflammatory mediators (IL-6, IL-1beta, TNFalpha, NO) and reduces NF-kappaBp65 phosphorylation, supporting its research use in inflammation models.
