Antifungalagent 96 (Compound WZ-2) is an antifungal agent with excellent blood-brain barrier permeability and brain penetration. It inhibits the growth of C. neoformans H99 and C. albicans 0304103, with MIC values of 0.016 and 32 µg/mL, respectively.
