Low Range DNA Ladder consists of 11 DNA fragments ranging from 50 bp to 1 kb. It is designed to show virtually uniform spacing over a wide fragment range. The ladder allows sizing and concentration estimate of DNA fragments on agarose gels generated by PCR or restriction digest. The fragment mix is supplied in ready-to-use format containing orange and blue tracking dyes.
