This comprehensive kit provides all necessary reagents and buffers for chromatin shearing, immunoprecipitation, and DNA isolation, ensuring exceptional results. A key advantage is its unique, rapid DNA isolation and decrosslinking method, completing in just 30 minutes compared to the standard 4 hours. This efficient, user-friendly protocol allows for obtaining results within 20 hours (4 hours hands-on time). The kit supports 4 chromatin preparations, 24 chromatin immunoprecipitations, and 32 DNA isolations, accommodating sample sizes from 100,000 to 4,000,000 cells or 1.5 to 30 mg of tissue per IP, depending on the target.
