These ChIP-Grade Protein G Magnetic Beads are an affinity matrix designed for the efficient, small-scale isolation of immunocomplexes in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays. Composed of recombinant protein G covalently coupled to paramagnetic particles, they exhibit high affinity for various IgG subclasses (human, rabbit, mouse, rat, sheep), making them ideal for immunoprecipitation. Stored in a BSA-containing buffer to minimize non-specific binding, these beads streamline the ChIP workflow. Their magnetic separation capability, facilitated by compatible racks like our 6-Tube Magnetic Separation Rack, eliminates centrifugation, reduces sample loss, and enhances washing efficiency. These beads are also compatible with ChIP-seq applications.
