The magnetic beads conjugation kit enables efficient and rapid covalent attachment of antibodies to high quality 1 µm magnetic particles using innovative technology. The conjugation process is initiated by activating the magnetic beads and then mixing them with an antibody, which binds to the beads via lysine residues. The setup takes just a few minutes, and the covalent conjugate is ready for use in 3 hours or less. Each kit contains enough materials for 3 conjugations of 100 µg of antibody to 1.5 mg of magnetic beads.
