The recombinant human IL20Ralpha consists of 232 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 26.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhIL20Ralpha migrates as an approximately 40-45 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
