Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human thyroid tissue using CSB-PA17869A0Rb at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA17869A0Rb at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation MCF-7 (1.1*106) were cross-linked with formaldehyde, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 4ug anti-HDAC1 or a control normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified tissue using real-time PCR with primers (CSB-PP17869HU) against the P21 promoter.
