Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgA and Rat Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Rat heavy or light chain isotypes.
