Reinheit: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Sheep IgG coupled to agarose beads.   Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Sheep IgG, Sheep IgG F(ab')2 and Sheep Serum.  No reaction was observed against Sheep IgG F(c).  This antibody was tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with human serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
