PNPP Substrate & Solution includes: 1 Substrate Pellet (p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate) and 1 bottle containing 12 mL Substrate Buffer (Cat K-1208). para-Nitrophenylphosphate (PNPP) is a non-proteinaceous, chromogenic substrate for alkaline and acid phosphatases used in ELISA and conventional spectrophotometric assays. Additional Substrate Buffer (K-1208) and Substrate Pellet to be used in conjunction with the HA ELISA kit cat K-1200. These reagents are needed if the kit will be used over multiple days. A Substrate Buffer/Pellet kit (K-1208T) will be needed for each additional day of use. The substrate is not stable long term following reconstitution and should not be stored.
