TMB Precipitating (K-TMBP) is a chromogen substrate that reacts with horseradish peroxide (HRP) producing a permanent purple colored spot or band. This detection reagent is best used with an HRP conjugated secondary or tertiary antibody on a dot blot or western blot. We recommend K-TMBP for use with lipid strips and arrays.
