NT1-O14B is a new class of neurotransmitter tryptamine lipidoids (NT-lipidoids). NT1-O14B forms new BBB permeable neurotransmitter–derived lipid nanoparticles (NT-LNP) with BBB impermeable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) of small-molecule drug such as Amphotericin B (AmB) and biomacromolecules such as antisense oligonucleotides (Tau-ASOs) and gene editing protein (green fluorescent protein (GFP)–Cre).
