The Custom Lipid Array Strip comes with 7 concentrations of the lipid of your choice and a no lipid control spotted onto a 1.25 cm x 6 cm hydrophobic membrane. For example: 100pmol, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25, 3.13, 1.56, 0. These strips are used to determine lipid-protein interactions, through a simple protein-lipid overlay experiment.
