Mouse IgG Immunomagnetic Beads are made of high-quality normal mouse IgG covalently conjugated to magnetic beads, and are commonly used as control IgG magnetic beads for mouse-derived antibody magnetic beads in antibody-related experiments such as immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, and chromatin immunoprecipitation.
When used as control beads, non-specific binding of the IgG itself to a specific protein of interest or other specific biomolecule can be ruled out.
