The HA tagged fusion protein purification kit is mainly composed of Anti-HA(YPYDVPDYA) affinity agarose, which is made by covalent coupling of high-quality HA antibody and Sepharose 4B agarose particles. It has the characteristics of high binding capacity of protein, high specificity, stability, and repeatability. It can be used for affinity purification of HA tagged fusion proteins.
