Produktbeschreibung

Hypolipidemic compound. PPARalpha (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha) agonist (EC50=18µM for mouse and EC50=30µM for human PPARalpha). Also binds to PPARgamma, but with at least 10-fold less affinity and is inactive at PPARdelta (up to EC50=100µM).
