Selective ligand for human or mouse Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7). Induces the activation of NF-kappaB in HEK 293 cells expressing TLR7. At high concentrations (3µg/ml) slightly activates TLR8. More active than Imiquimod (Prod. No. ALX-420-039).
