• Anwendungsbeschreibung: ELISA: binds to CD40L at 1-10 ng/ml.Can be used together with anti-human IgG1 PAb to detect membrane-bound human or mouse CD40L. CD40:Fc should be used at concentrations between 1 and 100µg/ml depending on the level of CD40L surface expression.
