• Anwendungsbeschreibung: A potent and selective inhibitor of c-MET and ALK, IC50s=8 and 20 nM respectively.1 Inhibition of cell proliferation was associated with G1-S phase cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis in ALK-positive ALCL cells (IC50=30 nM) but not in ALK-negative lymphoma cells.1 Exhibits cytoreductive antitumor efficacy via antiproliferative and antiangiogenic mechanisms.2 Clinically useful anticancer agent.3
