• Anwendungsbeschreibung: SCR-1481B1 is an inhibitor of HGFR (Met) and VEGFR kinases.1 SCR-1481B1 potently suppresses gasdermin D-mediated pyroptosis via targeting of the oligomerization interface I.2 Active in vivo in a mouse model of sepsis. SCR-1481B1 acts synergistically with another gasdermin D inhibitor, Cefcapene pivoxil (Cat 10-3972), and a PD-L1 antibody to significantly enhance the antitumor activity of anti-PD-L1 therapy.
