• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Capivasertib is a potent ATP-competitive pan-Akt inhibitor (IC50s: Akt1 = 3 nM, Akt2 = 8 nM, Akt3 = 8 nM).1,2 It reduced tumor vascular density, decreased influx of myeloid cells, and reduced tumor regrowth in hepatocarcinoma models in conjunction with radiotherapy.3 Capivasertib significantly reduced cancer migration and invasion in a colorectal cancer model.4 It enhanced CAR-T cell activity in B cell lymphoma models.5 FDA approved for the treatment of HR+/HER2-negative breast cancer.
