• Anwendungsbeschreibung: IF: Use at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. Perform enzymatic antigen retrieval (0.05% saponin in water, 30 min. or 0.1% pepsin in 0.1 M HCl, 10-20 min. at room temperature) before commencing with IHC staining protocol. IHC-Fr: Use at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at a concentration of 2.5 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 21 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
