Non-infected (–) and infected (+) C6/36 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus Envelope protein antibody (GTX133326) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (60 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus Envelope protein antibody (GTX133326) diluted at 1:3000.
