• Anwendungsbeschreibung: ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 60 kDa. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. GTX18664 will allow visualization of 100 ng/lane of both recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein and recombinant NS-3 Protein. No reaction is seen with synthetic NS-3.
