SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike RBD antibody [HL1003] (GTX635792) effectively neutralizes SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus entry into human cells. Control or tested antibodies were mixed with GFP-expressing SARS-CoV-2 (Furin modified) pseudovirus. Each mixture was then added to 293T cells overexpressing human ACE2. After 48 hours, the infections were observed by detecting GFP using fluorescence microscopy.
