Neuropeptide FF is an endogenous agonist at NPFF1 and NPFF2 receptors with Ki values of 2.82 and 0.21 nM respectively. Neuropeptide FF belongs to the RFamide family of peptides that are involved in a wide variety of physiological functions including central cardiovascular and neuroendocrine regulation. Neuropeptide FF also plays a role in pain regulation, modulation of opioid side effects, drug reward and anxiety.
