• Molekulargewicht: The protein has a predicted MW of 117.9 kDa (ITGA6) and 83.2 kDa (ITGB1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 140-160 kDa (ITGA6) and 110-150 kDa (ITGB1) under Non reduced (N) condition based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
