• Application Verdünnung: ELISA (0.5 µg/ml), Func, Neut (0.05 - 0.08 µg/ml), WB
• Anwendungsbeschreibung: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Direct ELISA: 0.5 ug/ml. Use 100 ul/well. Detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant human NGFb. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 mg/ml. The detection limit for recombinant human NGFb is 1.5-3 ng/lane, under e
